Yes! We offer a Silver Package, in which your home will be built up to the sheetrock with the plumbing and electrical roughed-in, allowing you complete the remaining work yourself. The price is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details.
Building an average custom home in the Pacific Northwest can take anywhere from 6 to 9 months, depending on the permit process, weather conditions and other circumstances. If you choose to do parts of the construction yourself, then we will work with you around your schedule to complete your home.
Fox Custom Homes builds in the greater Puget Sound area between Snohomish and Lewis Counties. Unfortunately, at this time we do not build east of the Cascades. Contact us with your address and we can determine whether your lot is within our service area.
