- The Plan- Find the right one for your property; customize it if necessary.

- The Contract- Finalize all the details in writing.
- The Permits- Every jurisdiction has different requirements for building permits. Fox Custom Homes can assist you in applying and obtaining your permit.
- The Site Preperation- This could included: demolisition of existing structures, clearing of brush and debris and excavation of the foundation area.
- The Construction- Now the building begins!
- The Final Inspection- Official stamp of approval from the building department. Now it’s time to move in and enjoy you new home.
