Yes! The Showcase Series offers two packages that allow you to do portions of the construction on your own. With the Silver Package (and also the Traditional Package in the Classic Series), your home will be built up to the sheetrock with the plumbing and electrical roughed-in, allowing you complete the remaining work yourself. With the Gold Package, you can choose which portions of the construction you would like to do such as the interior & exterior painting, or completing an unfinished garage or bonus room.

Do I have to complete portions of the construction myself?

No. The Platinum Package in the Showcase Series does not require you to do any construction. You will recieve allowances for your flooring, countertops, appliances, cabinets, and lighting. This allows you to actively customize your home without having to get your hands dirty. With the Classic Series, the Signature Package comes with pre-determined interior finishes.
